This policy describes how Drago Partner (“we”) processes personal data in the Drago Partner mobile app and in the driver / admin portal at portal.dragopartner.pl.

Data we process

• Account data: username, name, contact details, role (driver / staff).
• Financial data: Uber / Bolt / FreeNow earnings, weekly settlements, deposits, debt, bank account number (IBAN).
• Operational data: assigned vehicle, mileage, fuel transactions, documents and contracts.
• Communications: in-app chat with fleet administrators.
• Technical data: login tokens, push notification tokens, UI language, error logs.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform the driver cooperation agreement (settlements, payouts, fleet operations) — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — and for the legitimate interest of keeping accounts secure and the product working — Art. 6(1)(f). Accounting and tax duties are Art. 6(1)(c).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with your fleet administrators and with processors required to run the service (app and database hosting, push delivery). Any transfer outside the EEA uses Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Retention

Account data is kept for the duration of the cooperation. Financial records are kept for the statutory accounting period (typically 5 years from the end of the financial year).

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO). Submit a deletion request at /delete-data or email biuro@dragopartner.pl.

Mobile app

The app requires a Drago Partner account. Sign-in uses HTTPS. Passwords and tokens are stored in the device secure storage. The app may ask for notification permission to deliver settlement and chat alerts.
