This page explains how to request deletion of a Drago Partner account and which data we delete or keep.
How to request account deletion
- Email biuro@dragopartner.pl.
- Include your username and full name, and state that you want your Drago Partner account deleted.
- We confirm the request and close the account. Sign-in will stop working.
Send an account deletion request
You do not need to be signed in to request this. We complete a verified request within 30 days.
Data we delete
- login credentials and app access,
- profile (name, email, phone, address, user IDs),
- in-app chat messages,
- push tokens, session tokens, and other device IDs tied to the account,
- app settings and mileage submissions tied to the account.
Data we keep, and for how long
- weekly settlements, ledger, earnings, deposits, debt, IBAN, and tax / accounting records — typically 5 years from the end of the financial year (statutory accounting duty),
- contracts and documents we must keep by law — for the period that law requires.
After that period we delete or anonymize remaining accounting data unless a longer legal retention still applies.
